Emily Reilly is a Seattle-based strategic consultant with 20+ years of experience in program management, coalition building, social equity practice, and operations. A third-generation Seattleite who loves this city deeply — its landscapes, its neighborhoods, its people — she founded Praxis Unlimited to bring rigorous, community-informed strategy to public agencies, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations. She holds an MBA in Environmental Management and a BA in Political Economy and Social Movements.
